Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use apply to your use of Voxelo, a language-learning mobile application operated by Sovera Labs. By using Voxelo, you agree to these terms and to any applicable app store terms.

For iOS subscriptions and in-app purchases, Voxelo uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at Apple's Standard EULA. If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA for an iOS purchase, Apple's Standard EULA controls for that purchase.

2. Accounts and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. You must provide accurate account information and use Voxelo only for lawful language-learning purposes.

You may not misuse Voxelo, attempt to bypass security or payment controls, overload the service, reverse engineer protected service components, or submit content that infringes rights, is unlawful, or is intended to harm other people or systems.

3. AI Speaking Features

Voxelo uses AI services to provide speaking lessons, transcription, translation, feedback, simulations, and reports. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific situation. Voxelo is an educational practice tool and does not provide professional, medical, legal, financial, immigration, or exam guarantee advice.

Do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for language practice. You remain responsible for the content you submit and for how you use AI-generated suggestions.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Voxelo may offer free features and paid auto-renewable subscription plans such as Voxelo Pro Monthly or Voxelo Pro Yearly. Subscription titles, lengths, prices, and trial or promotional terms are shown in the app's purchase flow before you confirm payment.

Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by Voxelo. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, or as otherwise stated by the applicable app store. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Refunds, billing issues, and purchase disputes are handled according to the rules of the app store where you purchased the subscription. Voxelo may use RevenueCat and app store receipt information to activate, restore, and validate Pro access.

5. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Voxelo as needed to maintain, secure, or improve the service. We aim to keep Voxelo available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Privacy

Voxelo's data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. The policy explains what data is collected, how AI and speech providers are used, and how to request account or data deletion.
